Our Return Policy
We offer in store-credit for all, non-damaged items within 30 days of purchase.
All items before mailing are inspected and logged before arriving our at your door to ensure quality.
14-day Return Policy (US only).
You may return the product 14 days from the date that the product was originally delivered for a store credit (minus shipping charges) according to the following terms. To obtain your store credit, your return must be approved and postmarked 14 days from the date that the product was originally delivered to you. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The following terms apply for all returned items:
- To return a product for an exchange or full refund simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details for shipping as well as the return address.
- Product exchange applies to the same SQU in case of the product arrived damaged. Photos of the damage will be requested.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
- We process or exchange packages purchased in the US only.
- Store Credit will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
- Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
- To ensure store credit is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
- After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 30 business days or sooner for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
OTHER RETURN TERMS
1. Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
2. Changes in order
If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
